Our expansion begins by transforming the existing patio into a sophisticated, year-round interior. While the historic Saloon remains an untouched sanctuary of classic elegance, this new addition introduces a vibrant, modern bar environment. Featuring integrated media, social gaming, and a dedicated performance stage, it is designed to host the high-energy entertainment that the historic space was never meant to hold.
Our on-site craft distillation, dedicated to producing a premium line of both full-proof and non-alcoholic spirits. By establishing a dedicated facility on the property, we have vertically integrated our beverage program—ensuring that every house cocktail features a Baldwin Spirit by default. From exclusive on-site tastings and retail bottle sales to future regional distribution, we are building a legacy brand from the ground up.
